Grace explained things very well and I came away with a good understanding of my options. Since I have not had hearing aids I had a lot of questions.

Grace does a great job. She's patient, kind, takes her time, and never rushes you out the door. For the time I've had my hearing aids, I have appreciated Grace, and her predecessor. If I'm ever talking with friends about the need for hearing aids, I always recommend Carter Hearing.

My audiologist was Grace Cebalt and she was awesome. She patiently answered my numerous questions and her suggestions for my follow up care were very helpful. The front desk staff are very welcoming and delightful to talk to. Wait time to be seen was very short and the lobby was very relaxing and comfortable.

My appointment today at Carter Hearing was for a hearing assessment and maybe new hearing aids. Having worn hearing aids for several years I have seen audiologists in Illinois and Indiana. Today was the most positive experience I have had in almost 20 years. The office staff was kind and welcoming and the audiologist I saw incredible! She was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I left there understanding my hearing loss, the limitations of my current aids and all the options available to me in new hearing aids. What an education! I finally found an organization I can trust for quality service, advice and guidance.
