Having worn hearing aids for several years I have seen audiologists in Illinois and Indiana. Today was the most positive experience I have had in almost 20 years. The office staff was kind and welcoming and the audiologist I saw incredible! She was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I left there understanding my hearing loss, the limitations of my current aids and all the options available to me in new hearing aids. What an education! I finally found an organization I can trust for quality service, advice and guidance.",
